Our Fathering Court program in Kansas City is flourishing in other cities as well. Just recently, the program in Washington, D.C., led by the Superior Court there, received some recognition by several TV stations in the area.

Fathering Court is an innovative alternative to prosecution and incarceration for men with significant child support arrearages. The program increases the number of fathers that contribute financially and emotionally to their children, and it helps the men successfully overcome the challenges that have led to their non-payment of child support.
